La Venenosa Étnica “Tutsi / Mai” is a rare and culturally significant raicilla (agave-spirit) from north-west Jalisco, Mexico, produced under the Étnica sub-line of La Venenosa. It is designed to highlight indigenous production traditions and lesser-known agave varieties.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Clear to very lightly tinted (as typical for a joven raicilla).

NOSE:
Fresh agave character: cooked wild agave, green herbal notes.

TASTE:
Mineral and slightly saline/earthy undertones in the Mai variant.

FINISH:
Clean but persistent: lingering agave, herbal spice, rock/mineral dryness.
