Glenmorangie - 10 Year Old The Original - 700ml | Single Malt Scotch Whisky

We are introducing the a new special gift edition for Glenmorangie Original, our smooth and rounded 10 year old single malt, aged in bourbon casks, in September 2020. The giraffe, spirit animal of the brand, is the star of this special gift edition we are releasing ahead of the festive season. The giraffe has long been a beloved symbol of the Glenmorangie Distillery, perfectly illustrating the height of its stills, the tallest in Scotland.
Coloured Glenmorangie’s hallmark orange, the collectible gift tin features a giraffe-print pattern, cut out on the front, through which a bottle is glimpsed. On the back, a giraffe stands head to head with one of Glenmorangie’s towering stills.

The original expression of the elegant, floral spirit and the real backbone of the Glenmorangie range. A ten-year-old single malt, Glenmorangie Original is produced by marrying the delicate spirit that emerges from Scotland's tallest stills, with first and second fill American white oak casks.

The 'original' sets a high standard for Highland whisky, and has gone from strength to strength since its slightly controversial packaging redesign a few years ago. Medium-bodied and gently warming, with pleasant spicy notes. Original is the core bottling in the Glenmorangie range, released to replace the old 10 year old. This really is a classic malt, so creamy and fruity.
