Description
Don Fulano Reposado is a premium estate-grown tequila crafted by the Fonseca family at the renowned La Tequileña distillery (NOM 1146) in Jalisco, Mexico. The high-altitude agave from the Los Altos region is hand-harvested, slow-cooked and distilled using a blend of pot and column stills. The tequila is then rested for approximately 8–11 months in French Limousin oak barrels (some sources say new and used French Limousin/Nevers oak) to create its Reposado character.
It is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
This expression sits between the fresh Blanco and the older Añejo/Extra Añejo in Don Fulano’s range, offering a balance of agave clarity and oak maturation.

Tasting Notes
COLOR:
Light golden to pale amber colour, reflecting its oak ageing.
NOSE:
Cooked mature agave sweetly present, with herbal and grassy highland notes.
TASTE:
Round and slightly buttery mouth-feel. Notes of coconut, macadamia nut, cooked agave, prune and fruit compote.
FINISH:
Creamy yet mineral-tinged. Lingering agave, gentle pepper or spice, delicate oak but not heavy.
