A flagship Cabernet from Calistoga's steep, rocky estate vineyard—crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 22 months in French oak (40% new), it reflects Jim Barrett’s vision of blending power with graceful structure.
Tasting Notes

Deep garnet-purple—intensely concentrated and inviting.
NOSE:
A burst of super-ripe red cherry, blueberry, sage, and cedar. Exotic spice, mint, tobacco, and warm pepper leading into dried cherry.
TASTE:
Cool-climate nuance with raspberry jam, cocoa, strawberry, and clove. Mouth-coating tannins balanced by crisp acidity and stony minerality.
FINISH:
Polished and persistent; transitions from mineral to cassis and ripe plum, finishing with allspice, espresso, vanilla, and mint.
