Alto Del Carmen Transparente is a premium Chilean pisco from Cooperativa CAPEL, made using Moscatel grapes (including Pink Moscat and Muscat of Alexandria) sourced from the valleys of Huasco, Elqui, and Limarí. Distinguished for its clean clarity, it is double-distilled, then cold-filtered (often three times), and rested in stainless steel tanks for around six months to preserve its pure, transparent profile. Bottled at 40% ABV, this pisco emphasises freshness, floral and citrus tones, and minimal ageing influence—ideal for sipping chilled or mixing in cocktails.

Crystal-clear, transparent with bright shine. Silver rim or edges due to its clarity and lack of wood ageing.
NOSE:
Clean, aromatic Muscat profile: pronounced grapes, sweet floral notes (such as orange blossom / azahar), green apple, lemon, citric freshness.
TASTE:
Fresh and sweet-leaning, with Muscat sweetness at front; crisp fruit tones (apple, citrus) and light floral hints; silky, smooth, little to no oak influence; clean finish.
FINISH:
Short-to-medium length; refreshing, with lingering floral/fruity sweetness; cool, pleasant freshness without bitterness or heavy warmth.
