Yuki no Bosha Junmai Daiginjo is a premium sake crafted by Saiya Brewery (Yuki no Bosha) in Akita Prefecture. It blends Yamada Nishiki and Akita Komachi rice varieties, polished to approximately 45%, and is made using traditional methods including genshu (undiluted), muroka (unfiltered), and proprietary 40-year-old house yeast. It undergoes a single pasteurization in the bottle and is produced with strict low-intervention practices, such as no tank stirring, no dilution, no charcoal filtration, and no chemicals in the brewery.

Elegant and layered, featuring overripe peach and roasted sage with earthy, rustic, and fruity undertones.

TASTE:
Smooth, full-bodied, and rounded, the sake offers concentrated citrus, orange zest, apricot, peach, and melon notes, leading to a velvety finish.
