Vilarnau Cava Rosé Delicat (Brut Reserva) is an organic, traditional-method sparkling wine from D.O. Cava in Catalonia, Spain. Crafted primarily from Garnacha (85%) with a supporting touch of Pinot Noir (15%), this rosé cava is aged on the lees for at least 15 months, giving it complexity and refined texture. The pale pink hue and elegant mousse reflect its balanced richness and freshness. It is also produced under sustainable and vegan-friendly practices.

A pale, refined rosé colour with delicate fine bubbles that speak to its extended bottle ageing.

NOSE:
Intense but elegant aromatics of fresh red berries — strawberries, raspberries and blueberries — complemented by floral hints of violets and roses, with subtle lees-derived brioche and herbal notes.

TASTE:
Soft, creamy and fresh on the palate, with lively acidity balancing the fruitiness. Flavours mirror the nose with ripe red fruits, citrus touches and a hint of elegant, savoury complexity from its lees contact.
