Vilarnau Cava Brut Reserva is a classic Spanish sparkling wine from D.O. Cava in Catalonia, Spain, made by the historic Cava producer Vilarnau. Crafted in the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle), this Brut Reserva is blended from the classic Cava grapes Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo, with a minimum of 15+ months aging on the lees to develop complexity and fine bubbles. It’s fresh, fruit-forward and balanced — a fantastic example of everyday yet refined Cava.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Pale yellow with greenish highlights and a lively fine mousse.

NOSE:
Bright citrus and orchard fruits — green apple, pear and lemon zest — with floral hints and subtle yeasty/brioche notes from bottle aging.

TASTE:
Crisp and refreshing with juicy fruit flavors of apple and white peach, crisp acidity, and a creamy mousse. Notes of almond, light honey and gentle herb tones add complexity.

FINISH:
Clean and dry with a lingering citrus-mint freshness and elegant effervescence.
