Vilarnau Cava Brut Nature Reserva Vintage is a vintage Reserva Cava from D.O. Cava in Catalonia, Spain, made by the historic winery Vilarnau, part of the González Byass group. It’s crafted in the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle) from a blend of Macabeo, Parellada, and Chardonnay, and aged for an extended period (often ~30 months) on the lees before disgorgement — resulting in a dry, refined sparkling wine with elegant complexity and expressive character.
