Description
Le Repaire marks a modern expression of Vignobles Lassagne’s terroir—crafted to celebrate the opening of their guesthouse, Le Repaire de Maltus. This red blend (≈50 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 50 % Petit Verdot) comes from ~50‑year‑old vines on silty clay and limestone‑clay soils. Fermentation occurs at 20 °C, followed by concrete tank aging, then 12 months in bottle before release.
