Valduero Blanco de Albillo is a pioneering white wine crafted from the indigenous Albillo Mayor grape variety in Ribera del Duero. This autochthonous grape, once nearly forgotten, has been revitalized by Bodegas Valduero, making this wine a testament to the region's rich viticultural heritage. The estate's commitment to quality is evident in their meticulous winemaking process, which includes hand-picking grapes from a limited 12-hectare vineyard, cold maceration, fermentation at controlled temperatures, and aging on lees to enhance aromatic complexity.
