Description

Trascendente Blanco Ensamble is a joven (unaged) mezcal from the Tlacolula Valley of Oaxaca, crafted by third-generation mezcaleros. It’s a 100% agave blend (espadín, tobalá, cuishe), roasted in volcanic stone ovens, fermented in wooden vats with wild yeasts, and double-distilled in copper pot stills. Bottled at 42% ABV, it has no added sugars or preservatives and is Kosher-certified.

Fresh and floral with sweet notes, mineral hints, and a smooth smoky veil.
