The Speyside 12 Year Old from That Boutique-y Whisky Company is part of their Core Range. Aged for a full 12 years in 100% Oloroso sherry casks, this single malt captures the classic elegance and richness frequently associated with sherried Speyside.

It’s bottled at 45.8% ABV, non-chill-filtered, and carries a natural cask-matured colour. The batch size is relatively small — around 1,000 litres per release.

Tasting Notes

NOSE:
Caramelised nuts and milk chocolate mousse.

TASTE:
Fruity and chewy: tangy cranberry, oily walnuts.

FINISH:
Long, complex, and “quaffable” — it lingers with nutty malt and candied fruit character.
