This limited-edition bottling from That Boutique-y Whisky Company is drawn from the Invergordon grain distillery in the Scottish Highlands. The whisky was distilled in 2011, matured for 13 years in a single butt (hand-picked by the bottler), and bottled at 45.8% ABV.
Invergordon is one of the relatively rare single-grain Scotch distilleries to be independently bottled in its own right—making this release particularly appealing for collectors and those exploring grain whisky beyond the usual blends.

Pale gold to light straw colour, reflecting its grain whisky character with maturity.
NOSE:
Brioche and raisin rolls + vanilla shortbread.
TASTE:
Creamy texture with coconut, vanilla, honey-glazed cereal notes.
FINISH:
Barley sugar sweets, Anzac-biscuit style sweetness, zesty citrus oil lingering.
