Lead with intense peat smoke and robust oak, mingling with waves of honeyed fruit such as peach, apricot, grilled pineapple, and toasted vanilla.
TASTE:
Rich and oily mouthfeel—smoky charred herbs, beach‑BBQ bacon, and black pepper spice. Beneath the smoke lies soft stone fruit (peach, grilled pineapple), blanched almonds, and warming oak notes.
FINISH:
A lasting, savory finish of burnt oak ash, smoky salted meat, caramelised sugar, and herbaceous peat—a well‑balanced close between sweet and savory.
