A limited-edition independent bottling from That Boutique-y Whisky Company featuring spirit from Highland Park (Orkney), presented in TBWC’s “The End Of The World” series. The whisky carries a 17-year age statement and (as the series often does) leans into bold finishing and expressive bottling — expect an intensified take on Highland Park’s honeyed, heather-peat style. This release is aimed at collectors and peat-lovers who want a matured, characterful Orkney dram with TBWC’s signature artwork and storytelling.
Tasting Notes
NOSE:
Heather honey, soft orchard fruits (baked apple, pear), beeswax and malted barley.
TASTE:
Rich mouthfeel with honeyed malt and vanilla-toffee up front, then layers of heather smoke and sweet peat.
FINISH:
Medium–long: lingering honey and peat embers, gentle oak tannin, salted caramel and a last citrus oil brightness.
