Part of TBWC's “End of the World” series, this is their Batch 11 Highland Park—distilled in May 2006, aged for 17 years, matured mostly in a refill hogshead, and finished in a Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry barrel. That Boutique‑y Whisky Co. released 480 bottles at 55.5% ABV, with natural color and no chill filtration.

The striking label features the Doomsday Clock—symbolic of global cataclysm and TBWC’s apocalyptic theme.

Tasting Notes

NOSE:
Coastal minerality (dried seashells), crystallized oranges, pineapple cubes, papaya, sultanas, vanilla—underpinned by gentle wood smoke.

TASTE:
Silky, luscious texture—rich PX sweetness with creamy vanilla custard, ripe fruit, and a subtle charred heather smoke.

FINISH:
Delicate floral peat lingers, accompanied by custard richness and spiced fruit notes.
