This 3-year-old rye whiskey is a unique collaboration between That Boutique-y Whisky Company (TBWC) and Distillery 291, the acclaimed craft distillery from Colorado Springs. What sets this release apart is its use of German rye grain, a nod to founder Michael Myers’ family heritage and the European influence behind some of 291’s experimental mashbills.
