Bottled at 45.8% ABV, this limited-edition release showcases Balblair’s hallmark fruity, honeyed character, complemented by Boutique-y’s signature quirky label art.

Tasting Notes

NOSE:
Fresh orchard fruits (apple, pear), honey, vanilla cream, and lemon zest. Subtle malt sweetness with notes of shortbread and a touch of floral heather.

TASTE:
Juicy malt, barley sugar, orange peel, green apple, and a hint of peppery oak. Mid-palate introduces vanilla fudge, light honey, and biscuity malt.

FINISH:
Medium length, with soft spice, toasted oak, and lingering sweetness reminiscent of honey and fruit salad.
