An easily approachable and young wine that expresses the typicality of Sangiovese in Montalcino. A bright red for a simple Italian lifestyle. Fresh, pure and clean on the palate, with pleasant fruit aromas.
Production area:
several vineyards located in the municipality of Montalcino with North-West exposure at about 300 m.
Soil composition:
Marl and marly arenaceous formations.
Vinification & aging:
Total destemming followed by short cold pre-fermentation maceration; fermentation and maceration for at least 15 days. depending on the parcel, at a controlled temperature <30 ° C. aging in woods of various capacities, partly new and partly used.
