Description
This flagship Chardonnay from Tempus Two’s Copper Series is a blend of fruit from the Hunter Valley and Adelaide Hills in South‑Eastern Australia. Crafted to embraces old-world sophistication with a modern Australian flair, the wine is 100% barrel-fermented—Hunter Valley lots were fermented with native yeasts, Adelaide Hills lots with selected champagne yeast—then aged for 12 months on lees in new and older French oak. The result is a luscious yet focused style, sealed under screw-cap.

Inviting notes of white peach, melon, pineapple, citrus, crunchy red apple skin, and warm cashew hints.
