Part of Tempus Two’s premium Copper Series, this GSM is handcrafted in the Old‑World style with an Australian twist. Grapes—primarily from the Barossa Valley—are night‑harvested, cold‑soaked, and co-fermented (Grenache and Shiraz) to enhance color and tannin integration. Matured in primarily older American and French oak, it's bottled under screw cap.
