Taylor Fladgate’s Fine White Port is a classic Douro-style white port produced from a blend of traditional white Douro grape varieties—Arinto, Boal (Semillon), Codega, Esgana Cão, Folgasão, Gouveio, Viosinho, and Rabigato—sourced from higher-altitude vineyards. It’s aged approximately 3 years in large oak vats, which imparts a smooth, full-bodied character while preserving freshness.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Honey-gold straw color with good clarity.

NOSE:
Richly fragrant, offering mellow orchard and stone fruits, hints of jasmine and acacia blossom, with subtle oak and honeyed complexity.

TASTE:
Velvety and full-bodied, with creamy texture and flavors of peach, nectarine, citrus blossom, caramel, and toasted oak.

FINISH:
Long and flavorful, carrying forward honeyed nuances, warm spices, and orchard fruit.
