Tasting Notes

NOSE:
Elegant sherry notes intertwined with sweet and nutty aromas, complemented by herbal undertones, dark caramel, red berries, and hints of orange.

TASTE:
Medium texture with minimal heat, offering flavors of rich fruitcake, candied orange, buttered toasted raisin challah, toasted coconut, brown sugar, and honeycomb. It develops into chewy oak, grape must, orange pekoe tea, and a subtle hint of tobacco.

FINISH:
Medium-long, sweet, and buttery with notes of orange peel, clove, caramel, and treacle.
