Distilled in 1974 at the renowned Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown, Scotland, this expression was matured for 28 years before being bottled in 2002.

Tasting Notes

NOSE:
Waxy notes reminiscent of crayons, intertwined with malted grain, baked apples, cinnamon, and subtle hints of cocoa beans and mineral undertones.

TASTE:
A complex interplay of metallic peat, coal smoke, waxy textures, mineralic tones, and ashy barrel char, complemented by chewy boiled fruits and smoked honey.

FINISH:
Long-lasting with notes of spicy oak, melting wax, mineral water nuances, apricots, wood smoke, and delicate peat.
