Sotol La Higuera Palmilla (Wheeleri) is a handcrafted sotol — a traditional spirit from Northern Mexico made not from agave, but from the Dasylirion wheeleri plant (commonly called desert spoon or sereque). It is part of the La Higuera range produced by Maestro Sotolero Gerardo Ruelas in Aldama, Chihuahua, Mexico, and curated by Don Cuco Sotol.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Crystal clear, with silver highlights and good viscosity in the glass.

NOSE:
Aromatic and fresh, with bright herbal tones.
