Description

An expressive white blend from Ningxia’s award‑winning Silver Heights, crafted by Emma Gao as part of the entry-level “Last Warrior” range. It typically comprises Chardonnay, organically grown in high-altitude vineyards (~1,100–1,300 m). Grapes are hand‑harvested, gently pressed, fermented cool in stainless steel (with ~30% briefly in Burgundy oak), and bottled without malolactic fermentation to preserve its lively, fresh character.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Medium yellow with a hint of green.

NOSE:
Lively aromas of lemon zest, guava, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, longan and green apple, layered with subtle grassy, floral and light vanilla oak spices.

TASTE:
Medium-bodied, clean and fresh, featuring juicy citrus and tropical fruit, bright acidity, underpinning of ginger spice and chalky phenolics.

FINISH:
Crisp, mineral-tinged, with refreshing ginger and citrus blossom notes lingering.
