A bold yet approachable entry-level red from the award-winning Silver Heights in Ningxia, China, created by winemaker Emma Gao. It’s typically a blend of ~60–80% Cabernet Sauvignon with 20–40% Merlot, hand‑picked and gently fermented. Aged around 12 months in 30% French oak and 70% stainless steel, it offers both freshness and structure.

Fresh dark and red berry character (cherry, blackberry, blueberry), entwined with mint, hawthorn, cigar box, and chocolate-smoke nuances
