Description
Emma’s Reserve is Silver Heights’ ultra-premium, limited-edition red, crafted only in top vintages (~2,000 bottles per year) from estate-grown 100% Cabernet Sauvignon (some sources mention a 50/50 Cabernet Sauvignon–Merlot blend). The grapes, organically farmed at ~1,200 m altitude, undergo hand-harvest, cold maceration, wild yeast fermentation, and are aged for around 24 months in new French oak barrels before being bottled with minimal filtration, reflecting Emma Gao’s meticulous, terroir-driven philosophy.

Notes of brambly dark berries—blackcurrant, black cherry—plus mint, eucalyptus, tobacco, clove, pepper, fragrant cedar, and graphite.
TASTE:
Full-bodied and structured with concentrated dark fruit, savory mint and bell pepper, balanced by spicy oak, mocha, leather, coffee, and truffle layers. Fine-grained tannins and vibrant acidity culminate in an exceptionally long finish.

Powerful, elegant, enduring—velvety yet firm—with savory tobacco or forest-floor nuances.
