Sharaku Junmai (also labeled as “Junai Jikomi,” meaning “made with love”) represents the pure rice essence of Miyaizumi’s Sharaku lineup. Brewed using Yume no Kaori rice, polished to approximately 60%, and clocking in at around 16% ABV, this sake omits any added alcohol, letting the rice shine on its own.

A vibrant, fresh-fruit bouquet opens the experience—expect banana, white peach, mango, and vanilla.

TASTE:
