Sharaku Junmai Daiginjo Shizukudori is a premium sake crafted by Miyaizumi Meijo under the Sharaku brand in Fukushima. This Junmai Daiginjo uses Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 40%, and is made using the Shizukudori method—literally, “pure drip,” meaning only the natural drips of unpressed sake are collected. This meticulous approach results in a sublime and nuanced character.
