Sampan Rhum Blanc Overproof is a high-proof white cane-juice rum (rhum blanc) produced by Distillerie d’Indochine in Vietnam (province of Quảng Nam, near Hoi An) under the Sampan brand.

Tasting Notes

COLOR:
Clear / white rum with no amber hue, typical of an unaged blanc.

NOSE:
Very fresh sugar-cane juice and canes just cut.

TASTE:
Crisp cane flavour up front; pureness of juice is felt.

FINISH:
Medium to long for a white rum; peppery and spicy finish, cane lingers, floral and herbaceous fade.
