Crafted by the eleventh-generation winemaker René Muré in Rouffach, Alsace, this 100% Pinot Blanc is sourced from ~30–40-year-old vines on clay-limestone soils. It’s organically grown, gently pressed, and slowly fermented with post-fermentation aging on fine lees—sans oak—to enhance purity and texture.
