This is how the assemblage wine imparts all the desired tenderness. During the years in the cellars, the bottles have reached the indispensable maturity that such a wine can claim. Today it is ready, to everybody’s great delight.

Tasting Notes

The exceptionally beautiful 2004 Louise boasts an effervescence highlighted by shades of yellow interspersed with brilliant green reflections. Great mineral with dried citrus notes on the nose. Great finenesse, ultimately a sensual & elegant palate.
