Tasting Notes
COLOR:
Light straw to pale gold with slight green tints; bright and clear.
NOSE:
Fresh citrus notes (lemon, green apple), hints of white flower, subtle green pear; mineral or flinty character (stone, wet rock) adding freshness. Possibly some light herbal or saline nuance.
TASTE:
Dry, high acidity, crisp and lively on the palate. Citrus and orchard fruit flavors continue (lemon, apple), supported by strong mineral backbone. The wine often shows freshness more than richness, with moderate body.
FINISH:
Clean, persistent finish with lingering mineral notes, perhaps a touch of salinity or flint, and citrus. The finish tends toward bright and refreshing rather than heavy.
