Description

White grappa obtained from selected pomace of white and red grapes from Friuli. Typical, elegant, scent of bread crust and licorice.

Obtained from the distillation with the artisanal method of fresh pomace selected in a discontinuous steam still in copper, according to the ancient tradition of the Nonino family.

The Nonino family personally takes care of the purchase of the raw material and follows the various stages of distillation to ensure the highest quality of the Grappa.

Tasting Notes

Typical, rightly alcoholic, scent of bread crust and licorice. It should be served at 12 ° C in an open tulip-shaped glass. Before tasting, the grappa must rest for a few minutes in the glass: oxygenating, the aromas are enhanced, the nose-palate harmony is completed.
