Description
Produced from 100 % Sangiovese grapes grown in the single-vineyard “Vigna Doghessa,” situated at 450 m on a south‑east‑facing schist- and quartz-rich hillside in Castellina in Chianti. Fermented naturally in temperature-controlled stainless steel, it spends 14 months in used 500 L French oak, followed by four months in concrete and a few months in bottle before release. The wine is certified organic.
