This Australian-made spirit is part of Never Never’s Dark Series—a range known for bold, experimental takes on traditional gin. The gin uniquely incorporates Ligurian beeswax and raw honey from the rare purebred Ligurian bee colony on Kangaroo Island alongside Kalamata olive brine from Lloyd Brothers Olives in McLaren Vale. Orange, bay leaf, and locally sourced botanicals add depth and complexity, crafting a gin that’s both savory and aromatic and designed to elevate martinis, highballs, and spritzes.
