The MontRubí White 2021 is a single-varietal 100% Xarel·lo from high-altitude, limestone-rich soils in Alt Penedès. Crafted organically and certified vegan, the wine sees fermentation in stainless steel followed by three weeks of contact with fine lees to enhance texture and aromatic depth.
