Distilled using fresh ingredients rather than dried peels, this handcrafted gin showcases bright citrus expression layered with exotic spice and botanical complexity.
Inspired by the monsoon trade winds that once carried spices across Asia, Mawsim celebrates regional terroir by incorporating ingredients such as makrut lime, calamansi, passion fruit, mango, pineapple, and juniper berries. The spirit is intentionally left unfiltered to preserve natural essential oils, resulting in an authentic craft character and a vivid aromatic profile.
