Description
A 100% old‑vine (approx. 90 years) Grenache from a single parcel with classic pebbly terroir in the western reaches of Châteauneuf‑du‑Pape. Harvested by hand with precise sorting, the fruit undergoes fermentation in concrete vats for ~3 weeks at 30–33 °C. Only the free‑run juice is used, followed by ~16 months in vats—no oak—to preserve freshness and varietal purity. Certified biodynamic (Demeter) and organic.
