Los Arcos Blanco (often sold as a Manila Special Edition in select markets) is a premium destilado de agave produced from mature Blue Weber agave grown in the lowland valleys of Jalisco, Mexico. Unlike tequila, this spirit is labeled as destilado de agave because it is not produced under the strict denomination of origin requirements for tequila — but its production follows traditional agave distillation methods including autoclave cooking, mill crushing, and pot distillation. It’s bottled at 42.5 % ABV with a clean and expressive agave character that makes it ideal both for sipping and cocktail use.
