Loca Loka Reposado is a premium tequila crafted from 100% highland (Blue Weber) agave grown in Jalisco, Mexico. It is the aged (Reposado) expression in the Loca Loka lineup, matured for about 4-6 months in both French and American oak barrels.
The brand is a creative fusion of Mexican tequila tradition and Indian cultural / aromatic influences, co-founded by actor Rana Daggubati, composer Anirudh Ravichander, and entrepreneur Harsha Vadlamudi. It aims to bring together sweetness, spice, warmth, and vibrancy in its tequilas.
ABV is 40% (80 proof), and the Reposado version balances youthful agave freshness (from the Blanco base) with smooth oak ageing.

Tasting Notes
COLOR:
Pale golden hue, slight amber tones from oak ageing; a warm glow in the glass.
NOSE:
Cooked agave is still front and centre, but here enriched with notes of toffee, vanilla, warm oak, and citrus (especially orange or clementine). Subtle spice (pink peppercorn, maybe light cardamom) also emerges.
TASTE:
Smooth and balanced: sweet agave, caramel & vanilla from the barrels, gentle oak influence, plus citrus zest, mild warm spices (cinnamon, perhaps peppery hints). It doesn’t feel over-oaked; the barrel ageing complements rather than overpowers the agave character.
FINISH:
Warm, lingering, with oak and vanilla, sweet agave echoes, and possibly a little spice or citrus lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth, not harsh.
