The nose is perfumed with aromas of kirsch, blackberry, and red plum, complemented by sweet oak notes of pastries, vanilla, and cinnamon.

On the palate, the wine is sumptuously textured, with a core of cherry pie and ripe blueberries. The tannins are soft and supple, allowing the fruit to shine.

As the palate develops, savory complexities of tobacco and sandalwood emerge on the finish.
