Joseph Cartron Melon Liqueur is a bright French fruit liqueur from Maison Joseph Cartron, the historic Burgundy producer of artisanal spirits and liqueurs since 1882. This expression is crafted from sun‑ripened melons harvested around Cavaillon in southeastern France, a region famous for its aromatic, juicy melons. The fruit are slowly macerated to extract their full aromatic and flavour profile before blending with neutral spirit and sugar to produce a refreshing, fruit‑forward liqueur bottled at 18 % ABV.
