Ancient Way Shiraz, produced by Hundred Acre in Barossa Valley, is sourced from the historic Ancient Way Vineyard (Summer’s Block), featuring century‑old vines and meticulously low yields. First bottled in 2004, it is aged in French oak—typically two years of barrel aging followed by an extended time in bottle to achieve its refinement.
