Hewitson Belle Ville Rosé is an Australian Rosé crafted in the Provençal style, from Mourvèdre-dominant vines in the Barossa Valley. Influenced by owner Dean Hewitson’s early years in Provence, this wine blends 80–100% Mourvèdre, often accompanied by a smaller percentage of Cinsault. The resulting wine shows pale salmon hues and elegant restraint—dry, savoury, and built for balance.
