Twist of Fate Cabernet Sauvignon hails from Hesketh’s Limestone Coast (southern Coonawarra & Bool Lagoon), showcasing cool-climate fruit grown on terra rossa soils. Crafted using open stainless-steel fermentation and matured for nine months in seasoned French oak barriques and hogsheads, it balances vibrancy with structure.
