Henri Giraud's Julemont Brut Grand Cru 2015 is a prestigious cuvée drawn from Aÿ’s exceptional vineyards. Aged in oak barrels crafted from estate-harvested Argonne oak, this wine is vinified mostly in wood (approx. 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay) with rich complexity and a signature breadth typical of Giraud’s style. The magnum format (1.5 L) provides enhanced aging potential and depth.
Tasting Notes
COLOR:
Deep golden with pinkish reflections and fine, persistent bubbles.
NOSE:
Opens with delicate aromas of vine peach and orchard fruits, which evolve into pastry notes, dried fruits, sweet spice, orange blossom, cocoa, and a chalky minerality typical of Aÿ terroir.
TASTE:
High tension up front followed by a creamy, layered texture. Flavors of ripe fruit, orchard essence, subtle salinity and fine-toast oak weave into a powerful yet elegant structure.

Long and saline, with persistent minerality and refined depth.
