Henri Giraud Blanc de Craie is a non-vintage, blanc de blancs Champagne crafted exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The blend comprises 90% fruit from the Montagne de Reims, renowned for its rich chalky soils, and 10% Grand Cru Chardonnay from Aÿ. Approximately 10% of the wine undergoes vinification in Argonne oak barrels, imparting subtle complexity to the final cuvée. The wine is aged on its lees for about 36 months, enhancing its depth and texture.
